Visiting the hometown of the most important singer and poet of my life this week. First stop was the Salford Lads Club where perhaps the most iconic photo of The Smiths was taken, then on to Morrissey's house from 1969 to 1989. I spent the remainder of a morning atop the iron bridge, under a slate grey Mancunian sky.

What an honor to meet this amazing human being tonight. Thanks to my man Bernard for making this happen. I had no idea wrabel was in town less than four hours ago. I would have been so sad if I missed this show. If you haven't listened to wrabel, you're missing out on an experience of a lifetime. Tonight's gig at Doug Fir in Portland will go down in history as one of the best performances I've ever seen. A man, his Piano and a voice made in heaven. Love you wrabel!
