Yesterday was magical. I hugged my beloved best friend from high school for the first time since well before the pandemic, and, my husband and she finally met. I feel so grateful for moments like this in life.

While the title of the song from which this comes is a bit of a mismatch, these words borrowed from Morrissey, sing in my heart right now. .

Let me see all my old friends
Let me put my arms around them
Cause I really do love them
